Designed and manufactured by Big Bear Choppers in Big Bear Lake CA, their MERC Springer would be the perfect frontend if you want to have the coolest ride with the most attitude. Debuting in 2004 on their MERC rigid kit, this springer showing is an 18" over with a 2° rake, but can be built to your desired length keeping with either the 0° to 2° rake in the trees. You can download a form off their website that shows you what and where to measure on your frame to insure correct trail with the springer rake and length. Notice the cool spikes sitting on top of the springs and the killer rockers at the wheel. BBC's springers come in a raw finish so it's up to you to chrome and/or paint it.
